Participants are invited to submit abstracts of no more than 250 words, and to include the following data:

• name and position of the author,
• name of the institution or company, including the mailing address, phone and fax number (and e-mail address optionally),
• title of the paper.

The abstract should be submitted to the Chairman of the appropriate Paper Committee by mail, fax or e-mail.

All abstracts will be reviewed and approved for presentation by the Papers Committee. Authors of accepted papers will be informed before 15^th February 1999.

Papers submitted for presentation should be in a camera-ready format. The format of the paper should be in accordance with the following guidelines:

• maximum ten pages,
• printed in Word for Windows word processor, version 6.0 or later,
• font: Times New Roman 11 pt,
• line spacing: 1.0 (single spacing),
• paragraph spacing: 6 pt before,
• page size: A4 (210 x 297),
• margins 2.5 cm (1 inch),
• graphs, diagrams and pictures should be incorporated into the text.

Final programme

A decision on the final programme will be made by the appropriate Papers Committee. The information on the final programme will be sent to registered participants before 1^st May 1999.
